Return Policy

We offer a returns’ policy for Products returned to us within 14 days of purchase in their original condition (This means that is must be clean; no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains, unworn, unwashed and all labels still attached.) Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded.

Items purchased in store are non-refundable and are only valid for an exchange once returned within 7days of purchase unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached and in their original packaging.

If an order is cancelled before it has been dispatched, your money will be refunded, and the items will not be delivered.

Please Note: Customers cover the cost of the return. And whilst returning an order, we suggest sending all packages via recorded delivery as we do not accept any liability for parcel lost in transit.
